Filter cartridge life estimates (3 months / 10,000 litres) are approximate and may vary depending on usage and water quality

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable
Prices are subject to change without notice
The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged
Promotional discount codes are subject to terms and cannot be combined unless stated
5. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund

BOTANVÈ does not store your card details. All card payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway.
7. Delivery
We deliver across all 7 UAE Emirates
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days
Free delivery on orders over AED 150
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays
BOTANVÈ is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or circumstances beyond our control
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy available at botanve.co/pages/refund-policy. Key points:
7-day return window from date of delivery
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Contact us within 7 days to initiate a return
9. Warranty
BOTANVÈ products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear
To claim a warranty replacement contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the defect

All content on botanve.co including text, images, logos, and product designs is the property of BOTANVÈ
You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without prior written permission
The BOTANVÈ name and logo are brand identifiers of BOTANVÈ
11. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the value of your order
